Tesla has many years of experience as main contractors for turnkey projects. Our
Project management staffs of well trained Technicians and Engineers have at
their disposal effective systems for project management and project monitoring.
This ensures dependable technical, economical and time saving projects handling
at the project sites.
Having its own manufacturing facility for almost all major substation equipments
like Power and Distribution Transformers, HT & LT Switchgears, Control Panels,
Busbar & Bus ducts etc., TESLA has all machinery, tools, testing equipments and
manpower to carry out electrical turnkey contracts upto 220 KV Class
Project Handling:
Fully dedicated & responsible engineering team is set-up for each project for
timely completion of total awarded works under the leadership of Project Manager
and structuring the total works with the use of sophisticated computer aided
design software and planning, scheduling with MS Project.
In-house Designing:
Tesla Transformers Ltd. having self motivated, experienced & dedicated
Engineering team for in-house designing of complete grid sub-stations &
transmission lines including all electro-mechanical switchyard design and civil
works design for control room building, foundations of equipments etc as per
geological survey reports and site conditions.
Quality Assurance:
A well documented program to maintain quality standards and quality assurance
with controlled activities to meet customer agreed target milestone..
Erections:
Tesla has own fully trained and experienced supervisors, technicians and skilled
workers team for supervision and complete erection/execution of total works in
line with scheduled planning according to set quality standards and approved
designed data records.
Testing & commissioning:
Tesla has experienced engineering team for testing & commissioning of
grid-substations and transmission line upto 400 kV class.
